What does a tray cost?
A one-time wheatgrass tray costs ₹500 and is listed at 1.25 kg per tray. Delivery and applicable tax are shown at checkout.
What is the first-order offer?
On your first eligible one-time order, receive one complimentary tray for each tray purchased. The signed-in account and stock are checked when the order is placed. Subscription pricing is separate.
What do I receive?
Living wheatgrass trays for preparation at home. Choose a listed product variant; the description and tray quantity are shown before adding it to your basket.
Is it bottled juice?
No. Fresh trays are supplied for you to prepare at home following the product instructions.
How should I store it?
Follow the care, storage and preparation instructions supplied with your product. Contact us if you are unsure about its condition.
Orders and delivery
How do I check delivery?
Enter your PIN on the product page or at checkout. Available coverage, charges and open dated delivery slots come from the store’s delivery calendar.
How is my total calculated?
The server calculates the variant price, applicable coupon, GST and delivery fee. Stock and delivery capacity are checked when you place the order.
How do I track an order?
Sign in with the account that placed it, then open My Orders or enter its order number on Track Order. Updates are recorded by the fulfilment team.
What if payment is interrupted?
Open the saved order in your account and resume payment while the reservation is active. If payment was deducted, use verification or contact support before paying again.
What does Test Mode mean?
A clearly labelled test gateway order does not charge real money or promise physical delivery. Live checkout depends on the store’s approved configuration.
Delivery plans
What subscription offers are available?
Weekly delivery is ₹450 per tray, saving 10% against ₹500. Fortnightly delivery is ₹475 per tray, saving 5%. Each tray is listed at 1.25 kg. Delivery and applicable tax are extra.
Does a plan charge my card automatically?
No. A plan records your preferred delivery schedule. Each future delivery needs a new confirmed order and payment.
Can I pause or skip?
Yes. Open your account subscriptions to pause, resume, skip the next planned date or cancel the schedule. Existing placed orders are handled separately.
Your account
Why do I need to sign in?
Your verified account connects your orders, addresses, support requests and saved products. Your order details are not searchable by a stranger’s email.
Can I review a product?
Submit a review from your account after a matching purchase has been delivered. Reviews are moderated before publication.
How do I ask for a refund?
Open a support request from your account or contact the team with your order reference. Review the published Refund Policy. A support request does not automatically move money.
